We are looking for a Premium Business Team Lead with a strong strategic thinking and growth mindset to lead and grow Grab premium/new transport business market (GrabCar Premium, GrabDriveYourCar, and many more to follow!) and also drive other special projects from thorough planning to successful execution. We believe the candidate has great project management, critical thinking skills, strong rationale to cope with upfront unexpectation and high responsibility to execute your own workstream, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. In return, you will get an opportunity to lead your own transport services and projects and see the real impact from what you do alongside with your supporting teammates!

Job Description

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Own and strategically drive Grab transport premium/airport performance metrics and exploiting opportunities to capture growth
• Lead Grab airport presence expansion across Thailand
• Get your hand dirty on executing both demand generation and supply acquisition/retention initiatives
• Transform large sets of data into initiatives and optimize marketplace for transport premium/new businesses countrywide
• Lead and manage multiple, critical, time-sensitive special projects or initiatives with stakeholders within and outside Grab to ensure quick and effective execution
• Onground visit key cities to gather insights, opportunities for both drivers and passengers and propose growth strategies

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

• A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, and or similar fields
• 2-4 years work experience especially in project management, business strategy
• A passion to solve problems, with strong quantitative, creative, data analysis and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and a flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team environment
• Very good English proficiency

The Nice-to-Haves

• Work experience in data analysis
• SQL proficiency
