Consumer subsidy optimisation - How might Grab apply AI to optimise how countries deploy promotions to grow their markets?
Demand Observability & Insights - What analytics capabilities does Grab need to achieve a deeper understanding of demand trends, and streamline decision making?
Growing markets & shaping long-term value - Which demand levers should be deployed to best shape consumer behaviour, and encourage higher usage of Grab’s services?

Get to know the Role:
You will support both transformational and incremental initiatives, spanning Demand product and business strategy.
The day-to-day activities:
Collaborating with Tech, Analytics, Data Science, and Operations teams to develop and scale tools for countries to observe market trends, deepen understanding of consumer behaviour, and maximise user growth on the platform
Designing strategies to address local pain-points and nuances, while scaling best practices across the region, through proactive engagements with country demand planners
Advising country teams on optimal application of demand tools to maximize long-term outcomes
Shaping Demand product development and ensuring alignment to vertical strategy & priorities, advocating for experimentation where relevant and providing feedback to product managers on gaps and roadmaps
The must haves:
We welcome people from diverse backgrounds who want to help push Southeast Asia forward! Join us if you have:
2-4 years of relevant work experience in functions such as Management Consulting, Product strategy, Growth planning, marketing management, business intelligence, or analytics
Problem solving & can-do attitude to learn quickly and apply critical thinking to break down ambiguous problems, working with a multidisciplinary team to find creative solutions
Solid communication skills to distill insights & articulate an actionable point of view to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders, with good command of storytelling and presentation techniques
Strong stakeholder management skills and influential meeting presence to facilitate buy-in and drive decisions within the space of a meeting
Flexibility, passion, and energy to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while also being able to work independently
