Get to know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Deliveries Planning & Projects.

The role has three key responsibilities:

  • Provide insights & recommendations: Work closely with direct manager to provide key insights and recommendations to contribute towards an overall Deliveries business strategy and plans

  • Execute key projects: Work with various internal stakeholders across all departments and with the regional team members to ensure key projects are executed on time and within allocated resources.

  • Track and analyze project performance: Regularly review the performance of the executed key projects and give insights as to the state of performance, provide recommendations to how to further improve

We believe a successful candidate has experience in executing, tracking and reporting key strategic projects, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. You will get an opportunity to work with the best tech leaders in South East Asia.

This role reports to Manager, Planning & Projects.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Planning for Deliveries: Analyze marketplace trends, provide insights and substantiate hypotheses based on on-ground realities, seasonal changes, and from engagement with taxi driver-partners and delivery biker-partners

  • Lead projects: Design, plan, and lead the execution of campaigns to improve marketplace health (for instance, fulfillment rates, cancellation rates) and as well as for internal process optimization

  • Monitor performance of campaigns: monitor and be able to nimbly make recommendations and adjustments

  • Utilize Grab’s tech capabilities to improve marketplace health: Work closely with Grab’s regional tech teams to understand our vast tech capabilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with other departments and with driver- and delivery- partners to get insights and to build robust strategic plans

  • You have experience with handling a large operations and large teams,

  • You are experienced in creating large-spanning strategies and ensuring their execution

  • You can work in a fast-paced, change-prone environment

  • You showcase an ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts

  • You are knowledgeable of digital marketplaces and large-scale operations
