The Fulfilment org connects directly to this vision by empowering our ~1 million driver partners in SEA with agency to achieve their life goals with a feeling of security.
It's a vibrant team, tightly connected and integrated with our other Grab development centres, which we are heavily investing on as strategic development centres. The Driver Experience Team drives innovation on a very broad product portfolio spanning the driver lifecycle, app experience, partner efficiency as well as incentive and earnings products that span the entire South East Asia region, including Mobility, Deliveries and Payments businesses.

As the gig economy matures and barriers to entry for new competitors fall, driver loyalty is becoming an increasingly important focus area in the Fulfilment Org. Our vision is for Grab to be the first choice platform for our driver partners across SEA.
We want to ensure that Grab is able to deliver against driver earnings expectations, whilst being a rewarding and frictionless platform to spend time on. We believe drivers who commit their time to us and deliver good service levels should be rewarded so that they feel positive about working for Grab and are not swayed by our competition. We are a fresh team, with old problems, so we don’t have everything figured out yet, but we hope you’re someone that is up for a challenge!
We are looking for a Product Manager to help Grab build products and features that will empower SEA’s driver partner community. We expect the successful candidate to have broad experience of launching new products at a tech company and taking ideas from experiment through to delivery.
This role is required because as the marketplace adapts and evolves, we need Product Managers who are able to combine the needs of the drivers with the strategic goals of the business to create product road maps that can deliver meaningful impact. You will take the helm of a cross functional team across multiple regions, with some of SEA’s top tech talent. In return, you will get an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of the c. 1 million driver partners that are crucial to the success of Grab’s business.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Lead the creation of product roadmaps underpinned with strong impact analysis.
Drive product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously to solve problems.
Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company, serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across nearly all functions in the company.
Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and use that information to inform product development.
Be accountable for the success of new product launches and their ongoing monitoring.
Support the business in achieving its key OKRs.
Make an impact by ensuring Grab's products are aligned with the needs of its driver partners.
Demonstrate Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.
Have 5+ experiences, launching new products/features at a tech software company.
Be experienced in working with engineering and design teams to solve customer problems.
Be able to analyse complex problems and use available data sources to derive solutions.
Showcase strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to operate in a complex and ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
Have a strong working knowledge of product development processes and principles.
Have experience with a mobility/online food ordering/grocery ordering/parcel delivery platform.
Have a strong interest in loyalty programs, logistics, pricing, marketplaces, or supply-demand economics.
Hold a Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics, or related fields.
