The Project Management Office team is responsible for key program launches within GrabFin. Get to Know the Role
This is a role in the Project Management Office team at Grab. As part of the PMO team, you will support some of our key program launches and internal strategic operations projects. You will be responsible for driving projects alongside business, product, and other key stakeholders. You will also drive process improvement projects that help with strategic operations. A successful candidate will have the ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks, work well under pressure, and build good rapport with stakeholders and senior management.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
You will work closely with the regional business, product, engineering, operations teams and manage end to end large scale program execution
You will manage the full lifecycle of the differentiated financial products from inception to launch to run
You will have the opportunity to work with other project and program managers to deliver high-priority business programs
As part of managing a project, you will evaluate potential risks, time to market and allocation constraints
You will plan & drive efficient process implementation
You will build and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Communications or related fields
Background in payments, financial services and consumer tech will be an advantage
Passionate about building long-term partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Openness to learn and a can-do spirit
Minimum 6-8 years work experience, with proven track record of strong project management skills
