Get to know the Role
 

We are looking for a Senior Product Management Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the thinking process and end to end development of KYB (Know Your Business) and partner with our compliance counterparts so that we are up-to-date with regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to define and drive the long-term strategy to ensure Grab is fully compliant across the different markets we operate.  If you think that this is an opportunity you would like to explore, we would love to discuss this further with you!

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Collaborate with your Engineering and Business stakeholders to create a user focused vision and strategy for your product domains.

• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges

• Translate your strategy into clear and actionable success metrics

• Partner with your teams to define clear problem statements, based on real data points and opportunity sizing.

• Empower and coach your teams to derive clear roadmaps based on potential ROI that will solve the aligned problems.

• Hire, coach and develop strong performers based on the companies cultural values and impact to the users.

The Must-Haves

• You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility.

• The ability to lead independently in a complex and ambiguous environment.

• You are an experienced product manager with at least 7+ years of experience with a tech software company.

• You have a degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics or related field.

• Ability to lead multiple teams across multiple domains simultaneously, with the ability to context switch throughout the day.

• Proven track record partnering with other Business and Engineering stakeholders to communicate complex problems into clear and actionable strategies.

• Strong communicator with ability to switch hats between data/technical speak and business/layperson speak.

• You showcase a healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with an innate "dream big, start small" mindset and a keen eye for detail.

• You possess the willingness and tenacity to get into the thick of the team's work when needed and you don’t shy away from the hard stuff.
