The ID Grab Kios Sales team is part of Grab Kios which has been established since the time named Kudo and has responsibility for sales activities at Grab Kios. Kios has so far provided assistance as a part of the Ecosystem at Grab Indonesia in terms of Digital Goods to support other vertical activities and consumers directly. This team consists of people who are very enthusiastic about their work and have a strong desire to progress and develop.
Get to know the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Associate to handle and manage the team for Kios retail sales and area growth responsibility. We believe a successful candidate has business and people development skills, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we need a talented person who can handle and manage this responsibility. In return, you will get an opportunity to grow together with us.
The day-to-day activities:
Responsible for achieving the target within his/her area.
Maintain relationships with Merchants' Store, Kios Store etc. within his/her area, and give best service & support for the team to achieve the target.
Responsible for ensuring all booking and administration done properly as policy
Monitor & track team performance and perform necessary performance
Responsible to report daily, weekly & monthly achievement
Analyze market, customer, so can give the best solution for end customer & also for Reseller
Work closely with other stakeholder, vertical team, and territory team to get the e support and give the support also to them
Handle sales process with accuracy and timeliness
Achieve sales KPI and GMV growth
The must haves:
You have the Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility culture
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the same field, especially in the FMCG/TELCO and or Tech company
Has the experience and knowledge about the retail sales process.
Has the experience in managing the team/sales team (inc. freelancers or sales agents)
Has the experience in managing an area and team by territory management process
Have a strong leadership skill and customer & target oriented
Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem-solving and decision making
Process, Result and target oriented, also have a strong ownership towards his/her responsibility
Discipline, honest, professional and proactive
Willing to be relocated anywhere
