The Marketing Kalimantan and Rest of Indonesia region is a young/established/longstanding team responsible to grow demand of all verticals in Kalimantan and Rest of Cities in East Indonesia. We make an impact by building awareness, and trigger people to trial and use grab service more frequent in order to make their life easier, with an exciting campaign and marketing activities . Get to know the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketer who is able to gain local insight and translate it into brilliant ideas with perfect execution. Candidates need to have good communication skills and be able to explain/ convince his/ her idea to stakeholders. Another important DNA candidate must be collaborative and can work as a team player. Able to manage and grow his/ her team members. We believe a successful candidate needs to have passion in growing expansion cities, love to challenge status quo, high ownership, good in strategic thinking,and excellent in execution. The Day-to-Day Activities
Routine schedule for ground checking to get insight about market condition, competition landscape, consumers needs and other opportunity that can help growth of business
Process those insight into effective marketing strategies/ activities
Brainstorm with related function to create quarterly marketing plan KALROI based on focus business that already stated
Manage allocation of direct Marketing budget and control the utilization
Manage and monitor execution from team members. Ensure that all executions are as expected
Define OKR for every single marketing initiative. And evaluate all the activities based on that OKR
Present to main stakeholders (Ops team) for proposal initiative and result of the campaign
Cross functional collaboration with Public affair, business development and other Department for adhoc initiative that can boost awareness and demand
Explore and decide any external event that can be tap in and bring opportunity for business growth
Decide effective channel communication both online and offline that can reach target audience
Think about effective offline activation or marketing stunt that can accelerate awareness of Grab
Bachelor’s degree with min 4 years of experience in marketing
Working experience in related function / role
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management
Sharp in exploring and getting ground insight
Strategic thinking, able to map the business problem and answering it with effective marketing acitivities
Capabilities to manage and monitor execution from team member
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and service orientation
Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
Strong in business acumen & data marketing driven.
