You will be a member of the Driver Operations and Community team which is one the core functions of managing supply over 100K across the country. Get to know the role:

We are looking for a Driver Management Associate to create communication to our Grab driver. We believe a successful candidate has excellent communication skills with a flair for creativity and storytelling, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we need to develop effective communication strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering a strong sense of community and support among the drivers to turn complicated contents into easy and understandable content to reach the intention of our communication. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic group of individuals who are energetic and passionate about revolutionizing the transport industry and achieving the best possible results.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Initiate online activities or ad hoc campaign to build strong relationships with driver partners and build positive sentiment on online and offline

  • Analyze metrics to determine the output and value of results and use the data to build on communications and engagement plans.

  • Create a content strategy on a variety of platforms including websites, blogs and social media to expand a company’s communications in a way that achieves certain goals like traffic or product adoption. 

  • Develop and manage communications requests/campaigns and delivery with detail oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure and under deadlines.

  • Utilize effective communication tools and medium (in-app, SMS, social media, blog, etc.) for publishing communications/campaigns. 

  • Ensure overall communication is met through planning and collaboration with the internal team.

  • Corporate and work closely with the graphic design and production team to ensure effective communication.

  • Also work closely with the Driver Community team and other departments (Creative, Operations, Marketing) to ensure tasks are aligned with business needs and minimize the risk of misunderstandings.

  • Support local strategic projects and communication needs for different projects (ad-hoc or otherwise)

  • Analyze campaign and content performance on feed and be able to identify solutions on how to improve upon

The must haves:

  • Having experience as a hands-on content writer with education background from Marketing, Creative, Journalism & Communication, or any related field (New grads are welcome)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Thai and English)

  • Critical thinking, leadership skills and own opinions to drive the business forward in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive mindset and innovative approach to problem-solving

  • Enjoy working as part of a team with collaborative and fun environment

  • Start-up attitudes! – willing to work hard to get things done.
