Get to know the Role
As part of GrabAds Thailand team, you will manage a portfolio of GrabAds campaigns working with leading advertisers directly & through their media agencies. You will work alongside your team and maintain a quarterly performance target.
You’ll work cross-functionally with the Ad Ops team to achieve campaign KPIs, recommend optimized campaign flows & identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling GrabAds solutions. Your goal is to grow your portfolio by building long term client relationships and providing positive customer experience.
The day-to-day activities:
Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of accounts along with Client Partners
Be the point of contact for clients, and internal stakeholders (GrabFood, GrabMart, and Grab Marketing teams) to provide necessary assets and info to Campaign Managers for campaign implementation
Submit campaign booking to the campaign management team in order to launch campaigns within timeline.
Track key campaign metrics and ensure campaign objectives are met
Analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations to clients and secure campaigns renewal
Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Business Review report for key accounts
Work with the finance team to ensure we get all documents from clients for billing process
The must haves:
1-3 years of account management experience in the Digital advertising industry
Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development.
Knowledge about the digital media industry and latest digital advertising trends.
Understanding of the ecosystem of programmatic advertising / Biddable and Search.
Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to transmit across different level stakeholders
Analytical with strong bias for data based decisions
Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Thai and English skills
