Get to Know the Team:
Our team has a unique standing in GrabRentals (GR) due to our front-line nature while working rigorously with our counterparts from the Commercial team. This unique position also means that the team is the purveyor of not only the commercial offerings of GR but just as importantly, a reliable and rewarding experience for our drivers.
We are a closely knit group, each with our own unique set of skills and responsibilities that complement each other. Thus, we strongly believe in teamwork, collaboration, and our abilities to contribute to the wider organization.
Get to Know the Role:
The work we do involves a great amount of energy and enthusiasm for customer experience and operations, which usually means that we need to be constantly striving to improve, think quickly on our feet, and come up with efficient and effective solutions to problems and operational processes. We not only serve as the first touch point to our GrabRentals drivers but also provide detailed rental consultation to our drivers while providing valuable insights directly from the ground that help shape revenue-related decisions and opportunities to customize our drivers’ journey with GR.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Drive objectives with rigorous use and inference of previous/new sales & re-contract driver data and further explore ways to use the data to support the objectives
Recommend improvements and refinements to existing dashboards and ways to streamline the management of our data
Analyze and organize different segments of data and information for operational excellence
Strive to balance revenue-related targets with “Dax Love” objectives for the overall GR experience
Participate in regular information and feedback gathering from the ground and use data to support or identify anomalies with said information.
Deep dive into various operational processes, identify process gaps and create new SOP to improve processes.
Collaborate across teams within and outside of GrabRentals to achieve campaign objectives
Understand GR’s rental operations and Commercial workings
Create win-win initiatives through communications to improve our community of hirers’ awareness towards our efforts and motivations while managing revenue-related objectives
Explore creative solutions for maximizing Operational efforts and overcoming roadblocks
Learn to design & implement an impactful campaign via various channels
Learn to manage different stakeholders
Undergraduate in any related field
Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data trends to provide actionable solutions.
Basic knowledge of content writing is an advantage
Candidates should possess advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (eg. complex formulas) Any additional programming skills is a plus for this role.
