Get to know the role:

• Manage enterprise-level technology infrastructure including but not limited to network, intermet, VPN, VDI, voice and audio visual

• Responsible for the overall infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to respond to outages, disruptions or unpredicted challenges

• Lead in end-to-end integration of infrastructure components to ensure efficient delivery of enterprise services, and lead in IT infrastructure project planning and deployment strategies

• Oversee the management and configuration of the IT infrastructure to support business requirements in the areas like security, data retention, business continuity and information risk management

• Ensure standards and procedures are in place to effectively manage the infrastructure services for network, voice and telecommunication devices

• Manage multiple vendor relationships that includes contract negotiation and ensure SLAs are met

• Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels, and equipment retirement at end of life

• Review and make recommendations for the continuous improvement and growth of the enterprise infrastructure systems in capacity and redundancy planning

• Manage the IT infrastructure budget for both Capex and Opex

The must haves:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure services

• Proficient in network, VPN, VDI, voice, telephony and conferencing technologies

• Ability to recommend and deliver leading edge technologies

• Experience in SaaS environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
