The day-to-day activities:
Responsible for the installation, testing, deployment and maintenance of all applications
Responsible in ensuring all applications run smoothly, troubleshoot problems and resolve it on a timely manner or escalate to next level of support
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of application sets to become a Subject Matter Expert
Work with SaaS vendors on new features implementation, scheduled maintenance and resolve operational issues
Work with IT Systems team on systems integration
Point of escalation from the End User Services team on incidents, problems or service requests
Establish and document functional specifications, user guides and troubleshooting guides
Work closely with business owners to document all process and functional changes in compliance with change management procedures
Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing and integration testing
The must haves:
At least 3 years of experience in IT applications environment that includes implementation and support
Experience in API for application integration
Experience in SaaS environment or cloud solutions
Critical thinking mindset and strong problem solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
The nice-to-haves:
Experience in scripting skills, systems automation and API management
Strong in Agile SDLC delivery method
Ability to conduct training or explain to users with limited IT and applications knowledge
ITIL and/or COBIT certification or experience
