Get to Know the Role:
As part of the GrabAds Measurement team, you’ll focus on supporting our marketing and sales teams to help their clients and prospects understand how consumers interact with advertising on Grab, and what that means for advertisers. You will be tasked with translating business opportunities and challenges into measurement and data analytics objectives that are answered with scientifically validated actionable business insights and recommendations. With strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a passion for generating data-based insight, you should be able to take complex concepts and distill them into clear actionable insights. You will provide strategic direction to advertisers and prospects on their measurement efforts, and develop strategic insights into marketing through big data analysis, a consolidated meta-analysis of tests, and deep client consulting.
Reporting to the Regional Measurement Lead, you’ll partner cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders from both Regional & Country Teams across Marketing, Account Management, Ad Operations, Product Marketing, Media Strategy & Consumer Research teams.
The Day-to-Day Activities :
Lead and grow the end-to-end deployment of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation, to measure the true business value of ad spends
Setup and monitor ad effectiveness studies for advertisers using a variety of measurement solutions and products
Engage in client conversations, presentations of results, and consult with the sales teams to ensure the right design and setup of measurement studies and the adoption of corresponding insights and recommendations
Drive scaled adoption of insights and recommendations identified through data analysis, measurement, and meta-analysis
Build data-driven insights to influence external senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Partner primarily with key regional accounts to provide a good measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
Work on 1st or 3rd party measurement solutions for key accounts with a learning agenda
Leverage measurement insights to develop compelling sales recommendations, pitches, and insights for both Regional and Country Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams
Gather insights across campaigns/measurement insights (meta-analysis) to support marketing enablement, thought leadership, and public articles to raise awareness for GrabAds
The Must-Haves:
5 to 8 years of relevant experience at a digital advertiser/publisher, ad effectiveness measurement, or marketing analytics experience
Working knowledge of measurement solutions for global accounts such as marketing mix modeling, attribution, brand lift studies, incrementality analysis
Demonstrated ability to extract effective stories, and recommendations from large datasets and reports, leading to behavior change
Experience communicating technical content to a general audience
Sound understanding of branding and performance digital advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques.
Experience working with large data sets using data extraction tools such as Hive and/or SQL, Data visualization and dashboarding capabilities using popular software like Tableau, PowerBI
Exceptional time management and goal-oriented task-management skills are a must
Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
Statistical analysis experience with experimental design and statistical significance testing
Experience delivering data-driven insights, to influence the decision-making of internal sales, and marketing teams or directly influencing external client's decisions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with a growth mindset
Team player with the tenacity to work across a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Fluent English speaker is a must, additional SEA language is an advantage
