The day-to-day activities:

• Provide operational risk expertise and advisory to Business Units/ Functional Lines (BU/FL) from risk identification to monitoring in accordance with the Digibank Malaysia’s Operational Risk Policy and Standard.

• Facilitate and support BU/FL in the Operational Risk Management tools, including RCSA, KRI, CST, IMDC/ Operational Risk Incident Management.

• Facilitate ORION reporting in accordance with the BNM’s requirement.

• Challenge and support BU/FL in root cause analysis, mitigations, control assessment.

• Facilitate, manage and monitor Operational Risk events, control exceptions and deviations, breaches, audit and regulatory issues.

• Design and develop Operational Risk reporting dashboards.

• Undertake accurate and timely delivery of risk reporting to various risk committee forums.

• Perform risk assessment on business proposals relating to new products and material process changes.

• Undertake risk oversight on vendor/ third party on-boarding and renewal.

• Support Business Continuity Management programme by establish, review and enhance the Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management Plan.

• Promote and develop risk culture and awareness in Digibank Malaysia.

The must haves:

• At least 5 years of working experience in related industry with exposure to Operational Risk Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic/ Business or equivalent

• Experience in ORION reporting is an added advantage

• A self-driven and highly motivated individual who is willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing environment

• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
