About the Job

Bonding Agent

Role Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to solve complex surety bonding needs in ways that protect our clients, satisfy regulatory requirements, and create long term value for their businesses. Our Bonding Agent will work closely with clients, surety carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to place and manage a wide range of commercial surety bonds across multiple regulated industries.

This role requires a strong understanding of surety underwriting, financial analysis, and regulatory requirements. The Bonding Agent must be able to move quickly, manage time sensitive filings and renewals, and communicate clearly with both sophisticated business owners and first time bond buyers. We support hundreds of clients nationwide across all 50 states, many operating in high risk and highly regulated environments.

This role includes significant sales and relationship management responsibilities, with a focus on building durable client relationships and a healthy, growing book of business. We operate as an independent agency on behalf of our clients to secure dependable bonding solutions at competitive terms while making the process as efficient and painless as possible.

The Bonding Agent will immediately step in to support a large and growing bond portfolio and will be responsible for stewarding client relationships through new bond placements, renewals, rider requests, and ongoing compliance needs.

The role reports to the CRO, who reports directly to the CEO.
