Position Summary
The Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing and processing license renewals, registrations, and ongoing compliance filings to ensure clients remain authorized to conduct business without interruption. This role focuses on tracking renewal cycles, preparing and submitting renewal applications, and proactively preventing lapses in licensure across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
· Track license renewal deadlines and compliance requirements across state and local jurisdictions.
· Prepare and submit license and registration renewal applications accurately and on time.
· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain updated information and supporting documentation.
· Monitor renewal application statuses and follow up with agencies as needed.
· Resolve renewal issues, deficiencies, or rejections to prevent license lapses.
· Maintain accurate records, and documentation within internal systems.
· Notify clients of upcoming deadlines, completed renewals, and approvals.
· Assist with reinstatements or late filings when required.
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience managing high-volume renewal cycles across multiple jurisdictions.
· Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary
- $45,000 per year + bonus opportunities
