Role Summary

The Website Developer & HubSpot Admin reports to the VP of Solution Consulting and works closely with the Marketing team. This individual contributor role is responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of CloudFactory’s website and HubSpot platform — the critical digital front door to our brand and a key engine of lead generation.

This role will design and manage website components, build scalable content modules, and own the structure and governance of our HubSpot CMS and CRM. They will also oversee chatbot functionality and provide marketing metrics, reports, and funnel analysis to support data-driven campaign decisions.

The website and CRM are central to our growth strategy — they serve as our “front of house,” showcasing the full value CloudFactory offers and bringing in the right business to support our mission. This role presents an exciting opportunity to grow as a full-stack digital contributor in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Platform Ownership

  • Own and maintain the HubSpot CMS, CRM, and website code repositories (HTML/CSS/JS, modules, templates, design assets)
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot website content templates and modules for reusability and performance (load times and SEO)
  • Maintain and improve the chatbot experience across the site to support lead generation and user engagement
  • Maintain and improve ICP scoring systems
  • Maintain and improve platform integrations

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Partner with the Marketing team to support campaign execution through landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, landing page development and lead routing
  • Implement and maintain HubSpot email, list, and contact segmentation capabilities
  • Manage UTM tagging, lead capture, and data attribution across channels

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards, conversion funnels, and campaign reports within HubSpot
  • Deliver timely insights on key metrics such as website performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Ensure reporting consistency, data integrity, and alignment with strategic KPIs

Operational Excellence

  • Manage the HubSpot file and code repository, ensuring version control, accessibility, and scalability - cleansing where necessary
  • Audit and enhance CRM hygiene, compliance with marketing ops standards, and GDPR readiness
  • Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues related to speed, responsiveness, or broken elements

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary technical partner to the Marketing team for digital execution and performance measurement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting, and external vendors as needed to ensure systems and campaigns align across the funnel
  • Clearly communicate digital platform capabilities, limitations, and timelines to non-technical stakeholders

Governance & Reporting

  • Own the data architecture and compliance standards within HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, lead status, and field usage
  • Monitor health metrics such as bounce rates, spam complaints, duplicate records, and chatbot performance
  • Ensure platform use aligns with legal, brand, and data protection requirements

Cross-Functional Contributor at CloudFactory

As a key digital enabler for our go-to-market strategy, this role contributes to broader marketing and sales effectiveness by streamlining tools, enhancing digital experiences, and supporting conversion optimization initiatives.

This role may also contribute to cross-functional efforts around tooling selection, process improvement, and innovation in digital engagement.

Competency Requirements

Technical Expertise

  • Understanding of HubSpot CMS and CRM (workflows, lists, campaigns, analytics)
  • Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Familiarity with chatbots, form logic, and digital user experience
  • Coding standards and quality

  • Ability to troubleshoot bugs, site issues, and data inconsistencies
