About the Role

Short-Term Project | US | Remote | Part-Time (10 hours per week)

We’re looking for detail-driven, education-focused professionals to join our team as AI Reviewers (Teaching Assistants). In this role, you will ensure learners receive accurate, timely, and high-quality academic support.

You’ll combine human judgment with AI-assisted tools to:

• Grade exams and projects with fairness and accuracy
• Review AI-generated learner support for quality and clarity
• Provide supplemental guidance on academic Q&A channels
• Help us raise the bar for online academic assistance
  

This is a short-term, hourly role with flexible, on-demand engagement — perfect for those who love consistent academic work but value schedule adaptability.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct academic grading for exams, projects, and other assessments
• Perform quality assurance checks on AI-generated responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with course content
• Provide human follow-up to learner questions in academic forums and channels
• Collaborate with the education team to refine grading rubrics and support processes

• Native English speaker
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. institution in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Engineering)
• Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with structured academic tasks and deadlines
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus (training provided if needed)
• Skills: Python and industry-standard ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• 2 years of relevant experience
