CloudFactory is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our new Incubation Team in Delivery Operations who are focused on future technologies and solutions for our Clients.

This will be an amazing opportunity for you to interact with our biggest clients (these are globally recognized and leading companies) and have the biggest possible impact in providing meaningful work for our workforce.

Can you find solutions to most problems and bring people on a journey with you?

As a Senior Project Manager (Incubation) you will be responsible for the designing, configuring and operating custom solutions to complement CloudFactory’s technology stack for our clients in response to their specific business and compliance requirements. The role is an even mix of client-facing work and behind the scenes design, testing, data analysis, and data manipulation supporting initial phases of project delivery prior to full production.

Four key skills that will set you apart:

  • Technology: You will be working with cutting edge technology solutions. A strong interest in technology and being passionate about using technology to create value for our clients is a must.
  • Client facing skills: Day-to-day responsibilities will involve communicating with clients, both on the phone or via email. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for success.
  • Data: Analyzing and understanding client data is an important factor that influences a client's system design; as such, you must be eager to understand data relationships and the interplay between data and business requirements.
  • Collaboration: You will be in consistent communication with Product and Solution Consultants to identify, report and manage any features needed for the success of the project but also the ongoing delivery workflow in production.

You thrive in a high-growth, dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, which means things can change quickly (don’t say we didn’t warn you). This position requires a flexible problem solver, who thinks long term. You will be faced with challenges and will need to solve for both the immediate need as well as document the best practices for wider application in our delivery department.

You love to learn. You will need to become the subject matter expert in multiple industries, use-cases, and consequently the requisite tools, in a short time, under pressure. You need to be able to understand the work we do, how we do it, and why we do it. That usually requires doing it yourself, first.

You're confident, but humble. You're adventurous, you do not refrain from experimentation. You're data-driven. You're a natural problem solver. And you are resourceful.

This role is remote but may at times require you to work from our offices.

This position additionally necessitates an overlap with United States business hours (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-impact pilot/special projects, managing them from concept to successful launch in production.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, crafting comprehensive plans and communication strategies to guide execution starting from Pre-Sales to Production launch
  • Assess the viability of a new concept or approach by continuously providing feedback to the Product department and other needed stakeholders.
  • Utilize data insights to make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure documentation and processes are fully created for successful launch into production.
  • Create and adapt training materials to better onboard the workforce , making the complex simple and easily accessible to our workforce.
  • Manage CloudWorkers workforce by always ensuring workforce readiness in new use cases and tooling
  • Define quality standards with respective stakeholders and ensure project outputs meet quality standards through reviews and audits.
  • Keep up with the latest technology developments, validating them for CloudFactory and our Clients.
  • Engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, and provide regular updates.
  • Resolve project issues, manage scope changes, and implement corrective actions with support from adequate departments.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate the project team, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and commitment.
  • Propose improvements to team processes for enhanced performance.
  • Actively manage personal performance goals and provide feedback to colleagues.
