Bricklayer AI is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise sales efforts across key verticals including; financial services, large retail, healthcare, insurance, technology, and critical infrastructure. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence among organizations with $1B+ in annual revenue, helping customers understand how Bricklayer’s AI agent platform transforms the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of modern Security Operations Centers (SOCs). The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Enterprise SaaS with a proven track record of closing complex, consultative sales. As a senior member of the team, you’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to shape strategic deals and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales engagements from prospecting to close across assigned verticals.
- Develop deep relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security Operations, and other senior decision-makers.
- Articulate Bricklayer AI’s value proposition within large-scale security operations and AI transformation initiatives.
- Partner with marketing, channel, and sales development representatives to identify high-potential accounts and drive tailored outreach campaigns.
- Manage complex sales processes including RFP responses, technical evaluations, procurement, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Represent Bricklayer AI at key industry events, conferences, and partner activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales, with a focus on large, complex commercial accounts.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and enterprise buying processes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-driven cybersecurity platforms or automation.
- Experience selling into SOC, threat intelligence, or incident response teams.
- Existing relationships in finance, healthcare, or critical infrastructure.
- Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM tools) for deal flow management and pipeline reporting

- Positions Bricklayer as a trusted partner among enterprise CISOs.
- Drives multi-year, strategic relationships that expand Bricklayer’s footprint.
Salary
$135,000 - $165,000 per year
