Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented college student to support our sales team by tracking EMS agencies that use or plan to use blood products. This part-time internship during the school year offers hands-on experience in healthcare sales support and data management.

Duration: School year, up to 5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & CRM Management:
  • Update Salesforce with new EMS agencies using or planning to use blood products
  • Find and enter EMS contact information into our CRM system
  • Keep agency information current and accurate
• Research & Tracking:
  • Monitor social media for EMS agencies announcing blood programs
  • Review updates from team members about new agencies
  • Identify which agencies use LifeFlow, what distributor they use, type of blood products they carry
  • Time Permitting- work to build / refine the data around Air Transport Teams
• Communication & Follow-up:
  • Email sales and clinical team about new EMS agencies
  • Ensure proper follow-up on new opportunities
  • Update our EMS LifeFlow user map with new agencies

Requirements:

• Current college student (Business, Pre-med, or Healthcare-related major preferred)
• Excellent computer skills and comfortable with data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Experience with Excel and email
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Interest in healthcare/EMS field
