Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at SportsVisio, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth and expansion globally. Your role is crucial in directly engaging with prospective customers through various channels like phone, social, email, and online meetings. You will be responsible for creating demand and addressing complex customer challenges in a consultative manner.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Building and effectively managing your sales pipeline, including regular reviews and strategic pipeline advancement.
  • Following through on all commitments to customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience post-sale.
  • Continuously enhancing your knowledge of our products and market to differentiate SportsVisio and yourself in technical and business aspects.
  • Owning your results with unwavering personal daily effort standards, focusing on goals, sales skills, and career growth.
  • Maintaining precise records of sales activities using Hubspot or a similar CRM.
  • Performing other duties as required to contribute to the team's success.

Basic Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong ability to engage customers, particularly in a high-energy sales setting.
  • Proficiency in understanding the needs of sports administrators and coaches.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, positivity, and enthusiasm for AI technology.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on controllable factors for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales framework, market, and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated multitasking abilities with consistent and timely follow-through.
  • Independent judgment and strong work ethic for effective time management and sales within an assigned territory.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM (strongly preferred).
  • College degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
