Get to Know the Team

The Grab Support team builds the platform that helps millions of passengers, driver-partners, and merchants when they need assistance. Our mission is to understand user problems and deliver solutions that resolve them quickly, seamlessly, and at scale. We combine machine learning models that interpret user intent with automation flows capable of processing and resolving issues end-to-end. This involves everything from natural language understanding and model development to workflow orchestration and system integration across Grab's ecosystem.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You will be reporting to Engineering Manager. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications that drive our company's success.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Architect and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable full-stack solutions using modern technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products
• Develop and optimize both frontend and backend components of our application.
• Design and implement D365 CE/Dataverse solutions, including C# plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and PCF controls.
• Build integrations using Dataverse Web API/OData, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and RESTful services.
• Automate business processes with Power Automate and apply secure patterns for app-to-app and delegated access.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team
• Stay up-to-date with technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our tech stack
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through proper design and implementation practices

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, and distributed systems
• Proficiency in backend languages such as C#, Go, Python, or Java, with a focus on C#
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and server-side rendering concepts
• 2+ years delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Expertise in working with both relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with real-time data processing tools such as Apache Flink or Kafka
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Problem-solving and system design skills for building scalable and stable applications
• Proficiency in version control systems
• Experience with shift-left testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and automated testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of creating concise technical documentation for cross-team collaboration
• Experience with a relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
