Job Description

Get to Know the Team

We are the Demand Planning team, the demand growth engine for Grab. One of our main focuses is Grab Marketing Services (GMS) and Platform Monetization. We design marketing packages and services leveraging Grab's assets and demand-generation tools to help merchants and partners achieve their goals—while also driving revenue for Grab.

Get to Know the Role

This role strikes a balance between advanced analytics, project management, and partner management. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects: from designing marketing packages, conducting experiments, analyzing performance data, and pricing, to creating pitch decks, go-to-market strategies, operational processes, campaign execution, and performance reporting.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Account Management, Vertical strategy, Product or even Finance and Legal) to ensure successful execution.

This role reports to Senior Manager, Campaign and Monetization (Food) and is based in Bangkok office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Analyze merchant data to identify growth opportunities and shape GMS strategy.
  • Design tailored marketing packages for different merchant segments using data, assets, and demand-generation tools.
  • Conduct experiments to measure impact and refine package design.
  • Price packages using appropriate methods and data-driven approaches.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pitch decks, communication plans, timelines, and launch materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and manage operational processes and tools to ensure smooth execution.
  • Build campaign dashboards to monitor performance and create reports for merchants and Grab stakeholders.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience, with team leadership experience as a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field from a top university (Thailand or overseas).
  • Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
  • Quantitative mindset with strong business acumen; able to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
