Job Description

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

• You will support the development and execution of strategic plans.
• You will conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
• You will perform market research to support strategic initiatives.
• You will assist in managing cross-functional projects from conception to execution.
• You will develop tools to monitor progress against strategic goals and KPIs.
• You will support financial modeling, forecasting, and managing budgets.
• You will contribute to improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is a plus.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.) and SQL knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools, including the OpenAI suite of products (ChatGPT, DALL-E, etc.), Perplexity, and other AI-driven analytics tools is highly desirable.
• You have proven project management skills.
• You have an understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and financial operations.
• You have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
