Get to know the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced Program Manager - Grab Support/Self Serve, this is a strategic role responsible for enhancing sales proficiency and efficiency within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing a vision for sales excellence, collaborating with various teams, and acting as a subject matter expert within the Sales Enablement vertical.
Key responsibilities include optimizing and executing sales programs, liaising with commercial leads, developing educational programs, and managing product launches. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to identify learning needs and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
Critical Tasks you will perform:
- You will develop and implement a strategic vision to enhance Grab Support's sales proficiency, identifying learning needs and actively working towards improving efficiency, expertise, and impact.
- You will collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement COSE Lead, Grab Support, and Self-Serve teams across the region to ensure alignment and synergy.
- You will act as the subject matter expert for Grab Support within the Sales Enablement vertical, providing insights and guidance as needed.
- You will liaise with Commercial leads to identify sales packages and initiatives and prepare Go-To-Market (GTM) materials.
- You will work with the Sales Enablement COSE Lead to scope, source, and develop educational programs in onboarding, sales methodologies, sales/account management, and product.
- You will partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Merchants, Support, etc.) to build and deliver training and enablement needs.
- You will project manage product launches, including driving alignment on phased rollouts and expectations between product and business, and providing executional support from frontline teams.
- You will use data to develop a detailed learning needs analysis and identify learning metrics to measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- You have at least 4 years of experience in sales enablement, digital marketing/advertising/sales, product management, and/or management consulting.
- You have experience in telesales team management and training development (a plus).
- You have a strong understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape to identify the product-market fit of our products and solutions.
- You have strong operational and PMO skills, inspired by data to make data-driven decisions.
- You have the ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders, sales leaders, and subject matter experts.
- You have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can balance setting strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution.
- You have excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets.
