    The GrabFood Marketing team is a young and dynamic team responsible for driving business growth through Merchant's activity and consumer demand generation. We make an impact by creating an insightful marketing campaign and deliver best-in-class execution to the market.     Get to know the Role:

    We are looking for an Assistant Merchant Marketing Manager to lead the planning, strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for our local lifestyle restaurant partners on GrabFood. While driving for our partner growths, you also ensure that the actions resonate with and delight end consumers. You will work closely with the key accounts & strategy team to ensure our marketing efforts align seamlessly with company-wide objectives.

    To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should be able to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. Most importantly, you should be passionate about the food industry or be the foodie hunter who never gives up on the food trend.

    The Day-to-Day Activities

    • Own sub-brands under GrabFood to unlock merchants potentials and drive for their growth through marketing initiatives

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans: Address key business challenges, capture user insights, and unlock user demand with tailored-made proposals

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the Strategy and Key Account team to identify opportunity, develop tailored solutions and own the marketing executions

    • Embrace data-driven decision making: Utilize data analysis tools to prepare insightful reports, evaluate campaign performance, and measure success.

    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution: Support the marketing team in developing and executing end-to-end campaign plans, ensuring smooth implementation and maximum impact.

    • Manage budget: ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the given spending

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in consumer marketing (either in campaign management, partnerships/brand marketing or marketing communications) with exposure to online and offline media. Experience in business development is a plus.

    • Deep passion for anything food-related; from farm to kitchen to fork; from fine dining restaurants to casual cafes to hidden gem street food.

    • Strong project management skills with high attention to details.

    • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
    • Initiative and enjoy driving creative ideas to campaigns

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.

    • Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask to meet deadlines.
