The Fulfillment & Supply team supports the Deliveries businesses (GrabFood, GrabMart & GrabExpress) in supply & marketplace strategy and incubating new business areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual possessing strong analytical skills to join the team in solving complex marketplace challenges. Projects managed by the team often involve analysis with large data sets, creative problem-solving and deriving insights to formulate high-impact solutions.

The Day-to-day Activities

• Monitor business metrics and manage weekly reporting to the relevant stakeholders.

• Provide analytical data support for driver supply related issues and other Deliveries special projects

• Review delivery-partner incentives and programmes to optimize acquisition and retention efforts.

• Support experiments/initiatives aimed at improving the availability, quality and efficiency of our service.

• Facilitate driver-related product feature rollouts, particularly in determining configuration settings, backed with data-driven analysis and understanding of the business/supply landscape.

• Support, execute and coordinate across teams on company-wide projects and other ad-hoc initiatives with tight deadlines

The Must-Haves

• Strong academic track record, currently enrolled in a university program in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance or other relevant fields

• Savvy analytics, strategic thinking, strong execution and the interpersonal ability to work with different stakeholders across the organization

• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment; all ready to hustle!

The Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in relevant fields (Business Analytics, Process Improvement, Strategy & Planning, Consulting, Tech etc.)

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; vivid storytelling skills with Powerpoint 

• Knowledge of SQL
