As a part of Grab’s vision to “Drive Southeast Asia Forward”, we commit to take a part to develop our partner including Merchants in the second city in West Java which has huge potential. Hence Account Management Lead will take a critical role to maximize the potential. 

Get to know the Role
Your job is to support our local Sales team in growing and train the team to ensure that Sales goals are exceeded.


The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Develop a strategy to enter new GrabFood segments to maximize resources as well as business opportunities to achieve targets

  • Identify and build relationships with merchants, manage their performance and contribution to build the GrabFood merchant network

  • Build, manage, and develop Account Management team through technical & commercial knowledge, communication transparency, winning spirit, fighting resilience, and performance acknowledgment

  • Keep abreast of the market, industry situation, and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants’ requirements

  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services GrabFood offers

  • Planning, execution, and coordinating with stakeholders to grow business in Garut and Tasikmalaya area

The Must-Haves

  • University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in Sales Management with successful track records and a strong ability to develop winning teams

  • Good understanding and experience of the relevant industries including customers, partners, and merchants

  • Tech/ FMCG/ F&B industry background is an advantage

  • Good in written and spoken english, with excellent communication skills

  • Microsoft Office skills are required (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint)

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and calm even in very dynamic and fast-paced working environment

  • Excellent time management and leadership skills

  • Location in Tasikmalaya
