The Markets Growth team is a relatively young team at Grab that is dedicated to identifying and unlocking pockets of Business Growth in each of its markets. The Markets Growth team is continuously monitoring the step by step flow of our users through the user funnels and influences Regional Product, Marketing and Growth teams to run experiments while supporting the country’s ambitious targets.
Get to know the Role
Monitor and analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in formulating local user growth strategies.
The day-to-day activities:
Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to translate strategies into clear objectives and specific initiatives; regularly assess the effectiveness of these initiatives.
Develop and implement creative and data-driven user growth campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain users.
Understand country team business objectives, integrating user growth initiatives with their goals, and effectively influence key stakeholders.
The must haves:
Fluent in English.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in user growth/business analytics or a similar role in the TMT industry.
Working experience in consulting is preferred.
Strong numerical sensitivity, with excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders using appropriate methods.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful user growth strategies and campaigns.
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
