The day-to-day activities:
Champion design and optimization of key Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) Processes across Grab Group
Improve and find opportunities to automate process flows in order to achieve better productivity and efficiencies, and gain greater accuracy in procurement data
Lead reporting and analysis of Procurement Operational, Commercial, and Governance KPIs and OKRs. Able to mine insights, “read beyond the obvious” in order to push data-driven actions and decisions
Collaborate with connected or adjacent process owners in developing synergistic processes within and across the full Source to Pay chain
Work cohesively with Procurement Platform and Systems Lead in sourcing, implementing, and improving Procurement Systems and Tools.
The must haves:
Degree in any Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain or any relevant study
First-hand knowledge of the Source to Contract and Procure to Pay process. Prior experience in Procurement Transformation & Change Management projects are a big advantage.
Strategic & Analytical. Curious and possesses Initiative to identify issues and opportunities; Resourceful and Action-oriented in addressing issues and opportunities with urgency.
Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
Ability to effectively organize, plan, control, and prioritize work /projects under pressure
Team player. Able to collaborate productively with cross functional teams.
