The Procurement Business Process Manager is key in helping build sustainable, efficient, and effective processes across Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P). 

The day-to-day activities:

• Champion design and optimization of key Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) Processes across Grab Group

• Improve and find opportunities to automate process flows in order to achieve better productivity and efficiencies, and gain greater accuracy in procurement data

• Lead reporting and analysis of Procurement Operational, Commercial, and Governance KPIs and OKRs. Able to mine insights, “read beyond the obvious” in order to push data-driven actions and decisions

• Collaborate with connected or adjacent process owners in developing synergistic processes within and across the full Source to Pay chain

• Work cohesively with Procurement Platform and Systems Lead in sourcing, implementing, and improving Procurement Systems and Tools.

The must haves:

• Degree in any Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain or any relevant study

• First-hand knowledge of the Source to Contract and Procure to Pay process. Prior experience in Procurement Transformation & Change Management projects are a big advantage. 

• Strategic & Analytical. Curious and possesses Initiative to identify issues and opportunities; Resourceful and Action-oriented in addressing issues and opportunities with urgency.

• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills. 

• Ability to effectively organize, plan, control, and prioritize work /projects under pressure

• Team player. Able to collaborate productively with cross functional teams.
