We are currently seeking a highly motivated and capable individual to join our team as a Driver Loyalty Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall driver benefits program. Our ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking, communication, and creativity skills.
The reason we are looking for a Driver Loyalty Management Associate is to enhance our driver retention and loyalty efforts. We recognize the importance of our driver partners and aim to establish a comprehensive driver benefits program that will incentivize and reward their commitment to our platform.
As a Driver Loyalty Management Associate, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our driver community and the overall success of our business. Your creativity and analytical skills will play a vital role in designing and implementing customer retention strategies to foster long-term loyalty among our drivers.
Moreover, you will be at the forefront of creating and managing driver benefit programs, which will not only enhance the drivers' satisfaction and engagement but also contribute to their overall well-being by providing them with valuable rewards and deals.

The Day-to-Day Activities
Design and implement customer retention strategies for driver’s loyalty program(Driver benefit)
Design driver benefit program, rewards and deals as well as manage budget to increase loyalty and retain our driver partners for long-term.
Analyze driver behavior and feedback from drivers, monitor effectiveness of deals’ redemption rate and develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
Connect with Grab business partners or coordinate with the partnership team to hunt deals to be driver benefits e.g. fuel discount, special price for insurance, etc.
Coordinate with driver community team for communication, engagement activity and better understanding on drivers
Set up metrics to determine the output and value of results (driver’s costs saving) and use the data to build on driver benefit program and report for management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role
Be resourceful and creative: able to be creative, innovative ideas for marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow.
Have PMO experience background, understanding of operations and having calculation skills are must
Ability to construct and deliver clear narrative and working plans.
Be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
