Grab is leading a consortium for Digital Bank license and build a bank with the right foundation - using data, technology and trust to solve problems and serve customers. Get to know the role:
Ensure all end user support matters are handled in an effective way and timely manner
Provide end user support for computers, infrastructure, networking, audio and video conferencing systems and IT applications
Hands-on IT operations and helpdesk support in ensuring internal SLA is met
Responsible to update and maintain the IT asset management system and inventory control
Involve in the IT Onboarding and Offboarding tasks
Comply to Enterprise IT governance and compliance processes
Assist in documenting user guides
Observe and propose continual service improvement towards operational excellence
Work in shifts to support teams running on a 24x7 basis
The must haves:
At least 2 years in providing end user support in the IT or Technology sector
Familiar with cloud applications and ITSM platforms
Good people skills and a solid team player
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communications skills
Support experience in both macOS and Windows operating systems is a must
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
