We are looking for a self-starter International Accounting Manager to join the AMTS-Europe finance and accounting team supporting our international operations. This person will be responsible for preparing/overseeing internal financial documents, coordinating tax payments, supporting annual audits, HR and Payroll functions along with reviewing procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the insourcing of accounting for the business
• Coordinate month-end close process
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and complete
• Prepare/Review internal financial and operating reporting
• Support finance, tax and accounting for international affiliates as directed
• Partner with US accounting office on consolidated financial statements
• Research non-routine accounting transactions and impact of new accounting pronouncements to the business
• Develop / Prepare monthly management dashboard
• Manage and direct activities of the administration team
• Work with field and management on project accounting/reporting issues
• Create and manage documents for special projects
• Support / manage annual financial audit
• Coordinate submission of tax information for statutory filings
• Manage / coordinate 3rd-party professional services providers
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant preferred
• 10 years’ relevant experience
• Detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Xero, MS Dynamics Great Plains or equivalent ERP accounting platform
• Work independently and in group settings on special project and routine assignments
• Team player with ability to work in-person or remote as needed
• Ability to manage competing priorities

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
• Industry experience a plus
